I had a phone interview first & then I had a face to face interview with a panel of 3 people where they all took turns asking a series of questions relating to how I handled certain situations and the circumstances of them.

They asked me to tell a time where I had got frustrated on the job.
The interview was online. The interviewers were difficult to hear at times because they were wearing masks. The environment was positive, however, and they seemed personable. Standard interview questions, no technical questions asked. I interviewed with the Laboratory manager, Director, and a team member.

Entrevista
The interview process wasn't well coordinated and some of the employees were given consideration for being late. Had to find your own way to your department were you will be working at. You also had to sign more paper work for that department when it should have been taken care of in Human Resources.
