It was quick and easy but I was disappointed because I was told by a recruiter that a special floor that I wanted a position on was not hiring, but I found out at a later date that they were hiring. I was very frustrated and I think the recruiters need to make sure they are connecting with the team leaders completely.

Took 10 minutes on the phone, asked one question. It was a very easy process, I’m assuming they hire everyone for permanent positions because they are short staffed. Everyone is leaving who has experience.

Recruiter described unit, set up interview with nurse manager. Interviewed with nurse manager, and then with a peer. Shadowed on unit following interview. A few days later, received offer from recruiter.
