Initially, I interviewed with one person. Then, I attended a group interview. I answered all of their questions and when I started asking questions, the Director basically dismissed me and the interview was over. That occurred months ago and, although I sent thank you notes, I have not heard back at all. I am an executive and this is very unprofessional behavior for an organization that, surely, knows better. The time, including prep time, took hours and the company should demonstrate respect for the interview candidates from whom it requests interviews. It has been over 3 months.
