We discussed salary, benefits, and bonus for agency nurses signing on. I was asked several questions to determine my strengths, how I would carry out the mission statement, and how I handle difficult situations.

While first starting out they require you to complete an online video interview. I had made it through this process. I then had a phone interview with HR, then in person with the manager of the floor I applied to work on. I accepted the position.

Entrevista
Quick but formal interview which lasted for about 15-20 minutes. The employer asked me two questions. Then I ask them three questions about the company culture and the support they offer. The interviewer was so nice and made me feel comfortable.
