Why do you want to work for SSEN Transmission in a Project Management role?
Initial interview then longer one with presentation. Process worked well for bookings etc and staff I met were very friendly and professional. It was a good experience overall with a bit of a delay hearing result.

Entrevista
1st Stage: Informal process. Covered the bases of the role and expectations. Personality check if I would be a good fit for the company and role.
2nd Stage: Competency Based: Covered previous experience, interlinked these with project management practices. Lots of questions around overcoming challenges, working with high profile stakeholders, the demands of the role.
Overall, a very good experience, although no offer was provided.
