I was initially contacted by a recruiter who saw my profile on LinkedIn. I was then phone screened by him and then screened by HR. I was scheduled for an interview but told the wrong day. I showed up and no one was prepared to talk to me but they changed their schedules around and talked to me anyway. I was offered the job on the same day.
