I met Russ and we discussed the company and the interview process. He said that even though there was a job ad and I had an interview, there was no job available. He simply likes to meet people and build his network. He then brought me in for testing and evaluation and to interview with directors and other employees. This was some time ago and perhaps their methods have changed.
