Applied online, received email for phone screen. Had the phone screen and was told the interview stage of process. The next stage would be an accounting/excel quiz, if passed, then hiring manager and panel interview. Didnt pass the test and did not move forward. I feel those quizzes do not test if you know the material or can, it only helps eliminate potential good candidates. I didnt do well at all.
