We’d like to clarify that we never intentionally recruit for roles that are not real or make false promises. In some cases, we begin recruiting in parallel with a client’s internal approval process. Unfortunately, clients may pause, delay, or cancel roles due to changing business priorities, which is ultimately outside of our control. We also want to address communication and feedback. We always aim to provide feedback as transparently and thoughtfully as possible. However, when there is no change on the client side, there is sometimes no new information to share beyond what has already been communicated. That said, we recognise that silence can feel discouraging, and we take this feedback seriously and will review our process.
