Had a screening call with HR at first, it went great and they were very professional. I moved on to the technical round, which was about two weeks later. I was interviewed by a software lead, and the interview felt rather difficult for an intern position, It was purely system design. They expected me to implement consistent hashing without having prior knowledge of it.

Process was smooth and the talent partner was professional. We went over some basic questions and eligibility of this job, and I was notified that there will be another round the next few weeks.

What year, program, work permit, some basic info about myself.
Recruiter interviewed me.
6 weeks later I get the same invite (exact email word-for-word) with the same recruiter asking to interview. It was not a second round, it was a first round. These guys literally forgot that they have interviewed me.
I emailed back checking if this was a second round or if they wanted a redo.
They ghosted.
Not even a rejection.
Literally a joke. As HR you have on job, and the fact that you can’t even keep track of who you interviewed and who you haven’t says a lot.
