Sent my application directly to the company site, got contacted within a few days from the HR Coordinator in Virginia. First had a phone screening with said HR Coordinator via Teams, short and basic. Then was set up with an interview with the manager via Teams. Drilled me with lots of questions about the position and other things, had a heavy accent so it was hard to understand her at times. Said she would be getting back to me to set up an in person interview. Time passed, about two weeks, so I contacted the HR Coordinator again and he said I was still under consideration and that the manager would be contacting me once all interviews were completed. Never heard from either of them again. Got ghosted.
