Competency based interview - panel consisted of three people who picked questions similar to the ones asked on the application form. Questions were in line with the person specification. There was a short test too whereby I had to allocate students to tutorials based on dept guidelines. Panel consisted of one professor, the line manager as well as someone from the alumni office. Interview took about 40 mins, the test about 20 mins.
