The process was okay. Questions were asked regarding PTOs, familiarity with bus contracting model etc. The hiring manager also shared about organization outlook and areas of focus. The hiring process was quite fast.
First round with HR via phone call. Second round with RO and HR via Teams. Third round with President. Friendly panel, quite conversational. Two-way exchange. Was offered the role within 2 days

Fast and prompt. Good experience during the interview process. I can tell that interviewer was sincere and candid during the session. Overall is decent and good. One of the reasons why i accepted the job offer.
