Super basic interview about teaching, living overseas, and how one would adapt to a different place. After interviewing with recruiter, I was quickly accepted and sent all the documentation for a a work visa etc via post. I've heard that they have become more selective since I interviewed, but I would not expect their hiring process to be particularly stressful.

Scheduled a phone interview, which lasted about 20 minutes. About a week later, I got an email from my recruiter saying that I had passed, although I wouldn't know my exact placement until later. I think I benefited from getting all of my documents in right away and being interviewed early on. My interviewer was very friendly and seemed receptive when I mentioned that I had studied Korean a little bit. Some other teachers I met in Korea seemed to have a more difficult interview.
