The interview was over skype. I had two calls, one is more general, and another one is technical with some task. The interviewer was polite and reasonable. On each stage I was given clear timeframes when to expect the decision.

Process started with the HR. They never paid attention to anything I had to say and honestly I felt like even the HR didn't want to work there. They came off very rude and some of the comments were offensive. It started off nice and smooth but progressed in to something I've never experienced before and I hope I never will. After the interview, I felt like I didn't want to work there after all
