Fairly standard. I was asked a series of questions about my experience and how I would hypothetically handle myself. This included a wide variety of issues including dealing with the children as well as the parents.

Unprofessional. Recruiter was more than 10 minutes late and didn't even apologize. He asked me some questions and I answered them. Then, he said that he'll email be back with my documents. I'm still waiting. Liar.
