The feedback from the first interview was positive, and a date was set for the second technical interview. However, HR did not follow up and respond. After the first interview, I was also offered an alternative position that I might be interested in, and I subsequently applied for it. Since this role was somewhat outside my professional subject, I was advised to explore the company’s website for additional insights. By the time of the second interview, I had gathered information about the position to evaluate its suitability and facilitate a productive discussion. However, when I reached out to confirm the interview date, I received no response. This experience has prompted me to question the level of professionalism within such a large corporate organization.
