A lot of steps. Starting with 3 minute interview, then FGD, then the real interview with the user. The FGD in particular was very competitive as everyone wants to dominate the group.

good, challenging. Mostly about your CV, why are you interested in the engineering role, what is your personal preference in working environment, etc. Will ask about your experiences during college.
