2 stage process and lengthy. Written assessment for the first stage. 2 hour interview by the hiring managers for the second stage. A lot of behavioural, technical questions were asked.

The interviewers were friendly and made the session comfortable. There was a contract-reviewing skills test, as well as a Chinese language test, as the position requires professional proficiency in Chinese.

It was quite pleasant, interviewers were quite friendly and do not seem intimidating. They did ask some technical questions relating to the industry, but also patiently explained if I wasn't able to answer the questions.
They'll provide 3 tests and you have to complete it in 3 hours. Quite intense. One tests your contracting skills, the other your translation. One more on your personality. It's sent via email and you have to complete it and revert within the time frame.
