When I was finishing my education, HRs from SLB came to my university to recruit people to their company.
On the first day, there was a presentation of SLB for everybody, info about presentation could be found at university web site.
By the end of presenation, SLB guys encourage everybody to ask general questions about company and career opportunities. Everybody who wanted to attend personal interview, were asked to sign its initials and come tomorrow at specified time.
I came early in the morning, I was on time, but interview process even didn't start. So, I waited one more hour to came in.
In the room there were 2 recruiters in opposite sides of room. I gave my C.V. to the recruiter and waited 2-3 minutes before he started to speak. At first he asked me to tell him information about myself, then asked whom I wanted to be after 5 years. After that he asked about Driving Lisence and driving experience.
The last thing he said was "please write down you mobile phone number and e-mail. In case we'll have an open position we'll conact you. Thank you for your visit".
They didn't contact me later.
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions

First step is administration submission, and then proceed to the aptitude test. If you the pass the aptitude test, you will join the 3 minutes interview —> FGD —> user interview
