Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en SLB
Entrevista
Attended two rounds of interviews for the Field Engineer position. The first round is a normal type of interview with generic questions.
If you pass the first round, you will get an email asking about an onsite interview. Before heading to the interview, you'll will be paired with other random applicants to research about one of SLB's segments (ie. D&M, Wireline, Cement, etc). Mine was in Midland, TX. They make you stay up late and do team building games where they observe you. They ask you to pick one of four colors and depending on the color you draw you have to do certain tasks in front of the other applicants. For example, act like an animal or sing a song. The next day, they'll bring you out to the field to see some of the operations. You will end with an exit interview. For me, it wasn't technical--more so to see if this could be the job for you.

The strangest one from the first interview was...
How many one dollar bills could stack in one foot?
Something like that
1st round interview included short technical question, and telling about myself and the projects I worked on.
Not difficult/or hard, but just need to explain well enough to tell the logic process
It was an on campus hiring. First they shortlisted based on CV. Then second round was group discussion where we were given abstract topics like "Half filled glass of water" and were asked to discuss. This was also an eliminatory round. The final round was more of a HR round, they asked behavioural questions, few puzzles (very easy) and general knowledge questions
