Applied for the job through a college career fair and was selected to do an interview that week. Asked about general past experience, how you feel you would solve and/or confront certain problems, etc. Was selected for second round interview in Shreveport, LA that spanned over two days. Interview sessions lasted all day and included basic information about the company and what the various jobs would entail. The general message was that people hired would work hard with unusual schedules, and the location would often be in the middle of nowhere. They wanted people that they could see themselves working with in high stress situations for extended periods of time, in rural locations. The people all seemed very hard working, very driven, but definitely enjoyed having fun when they weren't working.
