The first interview asked a lot of the standard behavioral questions, but the "riddle" was a question that I never got asked before. The second interview they fly you somewhere and place you on a team with many, many team-building exercises. They (probably wisely) over-emphasized how difficult field life was but also took the time to try and explain as much as possible. Good interview process.

The interview consist of several rounds of interview with hr, line manager and half day group activity. The interview with line manager also require to solve a few quizzes that measure your ability to think rationally.
