It was a three step interview.
1. HR Preliminary interview
2. Interview with directors
3. On-site interview: 45 min research presentation and tour. Also, you will talk to all the directors and principal scientists in the Process R&D team.

You can prepare for these questions easily, and during on-site interview I got similar questions and some questions about my research during my presentation.
