Test, Online Screening, onprem test. Then interview with two devs. After that interview with team lead. Then HR interview if everything went well.
The online test is simple MCQ based covering java 8 and core JEE stuff. Test is usually few question to done on a laptop in the office. Interview can be intense depending on the team. Micorservice is must to know.

Entrevista
Interview is normal technical interview, go thru home assignment together. Need to explain certain things and answer a few question based on the code submitted. Have pseudocode test at the last of question. Give the solution and explain while doing the test. Interviewer so nice and well explain on everything. But be careful with the HR, i dont know why like to ghost the candidate. Not really friendly. I pass everything but yeah at the end, offer letter not issued because other candidate suit them more. I have positive experience with the interview process but not with the HR
