Very detailed and thorough (in a good way). It started with a phone screen with a recruiter, then the next round went with a HRBP, and the third round was a 2 hour interview with 4 senior leaders (2 at a time). All the questions were appropriate and relevant and they took the time to sell you on what is wonderful about SICK. Unfortunately it was quite a long interview process (started in early February and by mid-March still had not gotten an offer because their was another step to go through).
