I was recruited and asked to come in to meet with them. I showed up to the interview and nothing was asked of me. I offfed to show my portfolio or to answer any questions but the conversation revolved around how the interviewer got the job. They explained that they had antiquated style of management. They admitted to yelling at employees and didn’t ask any questions pertaining to the job.
