First an online personality test, then invited to a 90min interview in the headquarters in Geneva, with a senior HR followed by the team manager. Very professional and friendly as well.

Tell us about yourself, your plans, strength, weaknesses, etc.
Five interviews with redundant questions. The entire process took a lot of time. Mostly virtual, except for the last one, which was in-person. At the end i was not selected and the interviewers did not provide feedback which was frustrating given that they took so much of my time.
