Interviews are easy at sgs. For workers they don't care about your education or qualifications to them you are just a grunt who doesn't know anything valuable. Basically don't interview here unless it is your last option and if you do want to get in all you need is a yes sir attitude and a strong back
Screened by their HR first, had a video call interview, once you pass that screening then interview with lab manager and lab tour. Then they give you an offer. May includes the background checks that takes 2weeks to a month.

Fairly straight forward. Asks you about your previous work experience and how is it like to be work as a lab technician. They ask a lot about your personality and your mindset when approaching the job. Make sure to stay on top of your resume as they will ask you in detail about ur resume.
