I applied through LinkedIn. I was interviewed two days later by a recruiter via Teams. We talked for about 45 mins. The recruiter asked me about my project management experience, why I wanted to change jobs, and how I could fit into the position. Then I was ghosted and although I send a couple of messages to the recruiter, she never replied to me.
