Professional, face to face experience was detailed - well structured and you could tell they had a very clear idea about what the company wanted and what role / person they were looking to secure

A first interview was by phone, where the person asked about my career choice, Salary expectations.. but also a few technical questions, nothing hard, entry level. And so, I was asked to come to the company for an interview.
At my arrival, I passed two technical exams plus a language test, after I've finished they asked me to wait for the project manager.
Finally came an interview with the project manager, the human resources director, and the company director, there, I was asked about technical exam, to explain in more details some of the answers I've put, plus few questions about my professional choices, and perspectives.
