Process started with call with department head.
Company invited me to perform on site interview, with all costs covered. Interview was performed during one morning with various people, including direct manager, department head and HR.
Got an offer a few weeks later.

Entrevista
Sent application online and was contacted about three weeks later by HR.
Had a phone interview (video) which was about 45 mins long. Went into my history and motivation for joining SES. Was told multiple times that I was a great fit and would be move to the next round and would hear back in a day or two.
Then radio silence. For three weeks - nothing. And suddenly got a rejection email from an automated account.
It seems they were just farming for CV’s as I got no feedback either.
