I interview by phone with them. They seemed very disorganized. Just getting the phone interview took rescheduling 3 times. The interview itself was very awkward. It was a panel of 4 people asking somewhat technical questions over the phone but offering very little information about the company itself and their experience working there. It felt somewhat random and uninspired.
