Got insight to how the business was growing and the opportunities ahead for the business and my position. The interview was about an hour long, good vibe so I figured I got the job.

I interviewed with the Manager and the Director of the department. It was a very low-stress interview. I was asked all of the basic customer service interview questions, which I answered easily. I asked the Manager and the Director a few questions about the company, we shared some laughs, and then I was told that I'd be contacted back after they did some more interviews. I was offered the job about a week later, and started 13 days after my interview.
