Misleading Recruitment Process and Unprofessional Interview Experience I went through a three-stage interview process for a position that was ultimately revealed to be a sales role, despite being advertised under different marketing titles. The initial recorded webinar provided a general overview of the company. However, the subsequent live interview with two candidates simultaneously felt rushed and impersonal. The final interview with the MD was particularly disappointing. He joined the meeting late, displayed a lack of interest, and frequently interrupted my responses. This unprofessional behaviour left me feeling disrespected and undervalued. Overall, the entire recruitment process was misleading and the company's lack of professionalism is evident.
