Had a 15 minute interview with one Director. She asked me about my experience and told me some information about the company and the client that they are working with. Next interview was a group interview. Director of the company asked each one of us questions regarding our background. Job is more of a management in training. They want you to go through a 4 step process of getting accounts and clients until you are able to become a Director and open your own store within the next 12 months. The job isn't consistent with one; they want you to do a lot of different jobs everyday.

Everyone I spoke to was very easy to talk to, no one came across intimidating. Interviewers were able to communicate key information about the company structure and values clearly. In addition, to answering any questions that one may have about the position/company.
