Interview was fine but they didn’t have the respect to respond afterwards. Completely unprofessional company. Takes five minutes to follow up and not ghost someone that spent hours on multiple interviews.

This seems to be a common trend based on other VP interviews. It's a bad practice to tell people they are a great fit for the role and then never respond to them. Especailly after multiple attempts. Audit your recruiting process and work on your candidate experience.
