The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and scheduled a phone screen. After two phone screens, said I was a good fit for the role and that I needed to meet in person with the hiring manager(s) for the next steps. I followed up after no updates and was told they needed 48hrs to schedule a time that worked for the managers, then went completely silent. Totally lame experience for a large company, especially since the recruiter reached out to me. I probably dodged a bullet.
