The process is quite smooth and the interview panel is very knowledgeable. So, guesses are a complete no. Be polite, gentle in your mannerisms and answer in a consistent manner.

Formal greeting a small introduction about your self your past experience and works why the job then actual question and answer starts, mostly they will give you an situation and ask you to analyse and answer then based on the answer they will start questioning again, after that current affairs questions will be asked

It was extremely nice. Specific and to the point. They asked about my strengths and knew my weaknesses prior to getting the job. I had to convince them I would do anything to turn my weaknesses to strengths. The professionalism and fairness was commendable. People from Shillong could never be in the board of interviews and likewise for toehr states.
