I was headhunted by a Recruiter and initially had a 30min call to discuss background and career ambition etc. The next stage consisted of a telephone interview with the Sales Director followed by another telephone interview with their boss, VP of Sales. The final stage was a presentation presented to a panel - Sales Director, VP and two members from other parts of the business.
