My experience with SAP Concur during the interview process was exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional. After investing over a month of my time in multiple rounds of interviews, I was invited to a final round interview, only to have it abruptly canceled an hour before the scheduled time. This last-minute cancellation not only demonstrated a lack of consideration for my time and effort but was also incredibly rude. The way they spoke about workload and work/life balance already left me hesitant after previous interviews, but the company's conduct at the end of the process left me feeling strung along and undervalued as not only a professional candidate, but a human being. Such inconsiderate behavior raises serious questions about their company's ethics and respect for potential and current employees.

Two phone interviews, one by my manager and then one by my manager's manager. The recruiter kept rescheduling and not answering emails, which made everything super stressful, but the interviews themselves were good.
