After applying I was asked to produce a video less than two minutes long answering too many questions than could be answered with any real substance within two minutes. Additionally the email conditioned the video response must be provided within two days despite it being sent at 6:00pm. Finally after meeting their requests to the most realistic extent possible, the company failed to provide any further communication despite follow ups being sent. The entire experience was unprofessional and disrespectful at best. The disregard for the applicants time and labor is emblematic of the worst aspects of the modern job market.
