Applied online and interview process moved relatively fast. Hiring manager was very pleasant. Had over 8 total hours of virtual interviews, with peers and direct reports. 1/2 the interviewers didn't seem like they wanted to part of the interview process. Recruiter rarely responded to follow-up emails or "thank you" emails. While I acknowledge I may not have been a good fit for the role, recruiter never updated me after completing the final interview. I have no hard feelings, but seems like a bizarre and unprofessional way to end the candidacy, especially for a Director-level position. Something to be mindful of if you accept a manager-level position and will need to rely on HR to build and hire a high-performing team.
