I applied for the position online and a week later i received a phone call to see if i was still interested in the position. The recruiter asked me what i knew about Ryder and then began explaining the training program that Ryder has. After asking me if I felt that the position was ok, he asked if I was still interetested in the position and stressed that it was a very "blue collar" type of job. Next i went in for an interview with the Service Manager of a location and sat down and had a very easy interview; lasted around 10-15 minutes. The next day I received a phone call from who i assume was the district manager and asked me a couple of basic questions and then offered me the job. It was later followed by a phone call from my recruiter who again offered me the job with a salary.

Horrible. Held at Mississauga. Just one Service Manager to interview for 15 min. Asked about general questions on my background experience and education. That's it... goodbye. WHAT AN INSULT !!!!! I think it is a drama as they have already fixed on a candidate. She told me she will get back to me in a week. REJECTED.

Entrevista
There were 3 rounds, first the HR called me over the phone and asked me general questions about my resume and asked my availability for in-person interview, 2nd round was in-person interview with the Service manager, and final round was with the director of operations. Most of the interview questions were general and few about my projects and previous coop experiences.
