Worked as clerk and hiring manager decided to promote me to assist 2nd shift. I had a phone interview with a recruiter first then an interview with my boss and a senior manager. They asked some tough questions but I've had harder interviews.

Relaxed yet formal. Flexible with interview time, date, and place. Overall process was smooth. First was phone interview, then face to face interview. Was offered the job about 2 weeks after face to face interview.
