I applied online and 2 weeks later a HR person reviewed my information Emailed me a invitation for a interview and the process. Than set me up for a interview 3 Person Panel interview VP, Supervisor and a guy that was very arrogant

Why are you applying for this job? What did you see in the job description that made you want to apply. The arrogant guy had looked up some commands and started picking my resume apart on things he did not understand. Asking me some technical questions and trying to prove that I did not have experience that I had on my resume.
