Phone interview followed by a brief-in person and informational interview with the on-site Ops Manager. Initial contact was made by an off-site HR group in Atlanta. On-site management seemed to take a minimal role in talent evaluation outside of a phone interview.

You'll have a zoom or a telephone interview. If all goes well, you're invited to a face to face to interview with members of management. After the interview you'll take a tour of the facility inside and out.
