The phone interview itself was pretty standard - asked about past experiences on cv, what led you to apply, expected salary, talked about the program. Afterwards, you wait and see if you contact you for the in person interview.

Very pleasant and friendly conversation with all the information and expectations of the job I was interviewing for. The staff was very friendly when I came into the office and operation manager was there to greet and interview and answer all my questions.
