Genuine interest in you as the candidate and what you can do for the company. They were open to questions as well. I appreciated the professionalism. The recruiters were also very responsive to emails.

The final decision was said to be made about three days later. The recruiter was extremely friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
