Quick phone interview. 2nd interview scheduled, then approx. 1 hour later, the recruiter called to say the manager cancelled because he needed more instructional design experience. I told her that this isn't on the job description (still inst, I just checked). I moved things around in my schedule to make this interview, and they cancelled it due to a need that was not described. I would not have applied if that was the need. Total disappointment, and a waste of my time.
